    If you want to get a good, solid, one-hour workout, then you should try what I call "15 Rounds of Boxing-Style Cardio Sessions". A boxing round lasts 3 minutes, with a 1- minute rest between rounds. If you go for 15 rounds, you get an exhausting 1-hour workout in. There are several boxing style exercises that you can do for your 15 rounds. The 15 rounds go by quickly if you mix it up with a wide variety of exercises. I am going to list three of these exercises, but feel free to do them in any order or combination you desire, as long as you complete all 15 rounds.

    I have been training for a number of years and thought that I was pushing my body to its limits. I would train hard, work up a sweat and, once I felt tired, I would quit. I had reached a point in my training where I was uncomfortable, and although my workouts stressed my muscles and my heart somewhat, I never was pushing myself to my limits. I did not think that I could do any more than what I was already doing.

    I spend a considerable amount of time at the gym, and I have come to the conclusion that no one has the foggiest idea about gym etiquette. Most guys roll into the gym, and the whole time they are working out, they are trampling on the rights of the other gym members. Going to the gym should be enjoyable, but I find that my workout time is ruined when other people do not follow the simple rules of gym etiquette. Many gym rules are nothing more than standard rules of conduct that everyone should know, but there are some that you may have never heard of before.
