    Well!!Exercise raises the body's metabolism and burns calories.Exercises are the
    best for fitness.These exercises increased HDL cholesterol, decrease blood
    triglycerides and reduced insulin..I like these exercises..
    1 Swimming
    2 Cycling
    3 Running
    4 Push up..

    Exercise is more important tool for the good health and fitness because it helps to deal with the different types of the diseases and improve the body strength & fitness level.
    Cardio exercises i.e jogging, running, swimming, cycling, and rope jumping etc. are more beneficial for weight control and fitness enhancement.
