    nothing is useless vegetables and fruits do not have high levels of bad cholesterols and fats usually long intestine animals like humosipian eat much both vegetable and fruits vegetable proteins hard to digest and take time but they are harmless

    I thinks fruit is very sugary anyway, and shouldn't be overeaten even if healthy. And you don't have all the vitamins you need eating just fruits and vegetables. But its true that all fresh fruits and vegetables are healthy!
